We value our clients’ time and understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours' notice so we can make your time slot available to another guest. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in walk-in status for future appointments. Please note that canceling at the scheduled time or after your appointment is considered a no-show. For multiple bookings, we require 24 hours' notice and credit card information. We will inform you if credit card details are needed. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge up to the full price of the missed appointment for no-call, no-show situations.
At Absolute Body Waxing & Spa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional spa services that exceed our clients' expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. Our experienced therapists will be happy to offer a follow-up service within one week. If you are still unsatisfied after this time, we offer store credit for another service. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and credits cannot be issued after 48 hours
